Rk61 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms governing the use of the rk61 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of this platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
Clause 1By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rk61 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the rk61 platform. rk61 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use following such notification constitutes acceptance of the relevant changes.
These terms apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Account Creation & Security
Clause 2To access the full range of rk61 services, you will need to register a valid personal account. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. rk61 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID or other relevant documentation. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the rk61 support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Clause 3Rk61 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt rk61's systems, servers, or networks.
- Posting content that is offensive, obscene, incites hatred, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Exploiting technical errors or bonuses in an unfair or unauthorised manner.
Rk61 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
Clause 4All transactions on the rk61 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, and other approved online banking channels.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by rk61 and are subject to change from time to time. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within a timeframe that depends on the payment method selected. rk61 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks. rk61 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Funds will be transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each campaign. Misuse of bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or withdrawing before meeting rollover requirements — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Provisions

Rk61 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. rk61's liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rk61 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice: breach of terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, use of multiple accounts, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rk61 platform, including logos, designs, text, software, and graphical materials, is the exclusive property of rk61 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from rk61.
Third-Party Links
The rk61 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and rk61 assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
